Information on Provisional eILP (15 Days, 30 Days, 60 Days)

1. eILP is mandatory document to visit Arunachal Pradesh by Indian nationals
2. Provisional eILP can be applied in individual or in a group.
3. ILP fee once paid can’t be refunded.
4. Documents required for provisional eILP
1. Photo is the Mandatory document to be submitted for provisional eILP. Applicant is required to submit a recent photo not less than 2-month-old which should be within 20KB to 50KB and format should be jpg or jpeg. Have a look in Photograph condition section below.
2. For provisional eILP, applicant is required to submit scan copy of Driving License or Passport or Ration Card or Voter ID Card or Aadhar Card or Permanent Resident Certificate which should be less than 200KB and more than 20KB. The format should be jpg or jpeg or pdf.
3. Student’s whose age is up to 18yrs should provide his/her parent’s or guardian’s documents
4. Applicant can also submit document and photo from Digilocker
5. All supporting Documents submitted by applicant, should be either in English or in Hindi only.

Information on Regular eILP (For 1 Year)

1. Regular eILP can only be applied by single applicant
2. ILP fee once paid can’t be refunded.
3. Documents required for regular eILP
1. Photo is the Mandatory document to be submitted. Have a look in Photograph condition section below.
2. For regular eILP, applicant is required to submit scan copy of Driving License or Passport or Ration Card or Voter ID Card or Aadhar Card or Permanent Resident Certificate which should be less than 200KB and more than 20KB. The format should be jpg or jpeg or pdf.
3. Applicant can also submit document and photo from Digilocker
4. Student’s whose age is up to 18yrs should provide his/her parent’s or guardian’s documents
5. All supporting Documents submitted by applicant, should be either in English or in Hindi only.

Conditions on Photograph for both Regular ILP as well as Provisional ILP

• The photograph must be in color
• The photograph must have light background
• It should be without border
• It should be in sharp, focus and clean
• The photograph must show you looking directly at the camera
• It should be 35mm X 45mm
• It should be between 20kb to 50kb resolution and in jpg or in jpeg format.
• The photograph should be a recent photo not less than 2 month old
• It is to be taken without headgear.
• Photograph can be taken with headgear, after consideration on case to case basis if the applicant wears headgear on religious and traditional grounds.
• Applicant wearing spectacles should ensure that there is no reflection on spectacles in photo

Violation on the above rules

Those applicants who violates the above rule will be punished under the Frontier Regulation Act, 1873
